HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39 Suspending                                  
Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska State Legislature relating to            
the carry over of bills to a special session, was read the second time.        
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39 was before the                              
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 39 Suspending Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska State                  
Legislature relating to the carry over of bills to a special session,
